Bertha Ndlovu

Bertha started collaborating with E4Impact Foundation, in January 2020 as Southern Africa Area Manager. She has been an entrepreneur since 2003 founding Khangela Creations a business in Lifestyle, Fashion and Events backed by a certification in Event Management from Inard Training and Development. Krafted Ink which does African inspired Gifts.

In 2009 cofounded and managed ICT Academy a Microsoft Certified Partner in Learning Solutions which trained over sixty organisations locally and regionally. These experiences created a strong passion for knowledge transfer and capacity development of other entrepreneurs. Through international certifications ICT Academy was rebranded to Micah Foundation in 2014 realising the need to develop Digital and Technology Literacy and Skills that cut across all sectors and especially in Entrepreneurship to drive effective business development and growth.

She holds an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire (UK) and a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe. She is a certified trainer and coach in Entrepreneurship and Business management by the Harare Institute of Technology (Zimbabwe), Empretec (UNTACD), International Business Driving Licence. Passport to Success Employability Skills International Youth Fund (USA), Personal Development and Life Skills trainer. She is trained and certified in Mentorship through KiK, Sweden.
