Carolina Benzoni started collaborating with the E4Impact Foundation in March 2020 as Quality Assurance Manager. After obtaining a Master’s degree in Comparative International Relations and a B.A. in Middle Eastern Languages at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Carolina decided to leave for the Middle East and later to Africa to dedicate herself to the development of international cooperation projects.
In 2017, the interest in Arabic language and Middle Eastern countries led her to apply to the International Civil Service program at the non-for-profit organization AVSI (Association of Volunteers in International Service) and to work for one year in Jerusalem as a Junior Program Officer, planning and coordinating educational project activities.
In October 2018, Carolina continued her collaboration with AVSI in Maputo, Mozambique, where she worked as Project Manager for a project funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation , which aimed at the growth and training of micro-enterprises, and coordinated humanitarian intervention in response to the cyclone IDAI crisis (March 2019).
As she returned to Italy, Carolina joined the E4impact team to dedicate herself to the management and supervision of the MBA masters.
