E4Impact in collaborazione con ALTIS – Alta Scuola Imprese e Società e St. Mary’s University organizzano a Addis Abeba il Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship, dedicato alla formazione di una generazione di nuovi imprenditori ad alto impatto in Etiopia.
Grazie a un corso pratico, focalizzato sui risultati, e alle interazioni con l’ecosistema imprenditoriale locale e con gli investitori, gli imprenditori acquisiranno tutte le competenze necessarie ad avviare (o far crescere) la loro attività, per contribuire allo sviluppo sostenibile del loro Paese.

Il programma MBA consente ai partecipanti di:

  • Sviluppare competenze imprenditoriali necessarie a guidare una nuova azienda o accrescere una già esistente;
  • Utilizzare strumenti e soluzioni per l’avvio o il ridimensionamento di un’attività in forte crescita;
  • Sviluppare una rete personale di mentori e investitori;
  • Creare connessioni con imprenditori di tutta l’Africa

Il Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship conferisce agli imprenditori partecipanti un Diploma Europeo dell’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Italia).

La formula Blended

Il Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship consiste in una combinazione unica di corsi in presenza, corsi a distanza e coaching, che aiutano i partecipanti a mettere in pratica quanto appreso nel corso, senza lasciare il proprio lavoro.

Durante i 18 mesi di formazione, i partecipanti trascorreranno infatti solo 40 giorni in classe, la restante parte prevede video-lezioni ed esercitazioni online. Ciò consente di coniugare gli impegni lavorativi con quelli accademici.

Coaching e tutoraggio

Ogni partecipante dell’MBA è accompagnato da un Business Coach: un consulente a tempo pieno che aiuta i partecipanti a progettare il loro business plan e li connette con una rete di partner, fornitori, clienti e investitori.

I partecipanti all’MBA ricevono anche supporto da esperti esterni al corso, grazie all’organizzazione di momenti di incontro con imprenditori di successo e uomini d’affari locali e internazionali.
