Andrews Ayiku

Andrews Ayiku started collaborating with the E4Impact initiative in 2013 as a Business Coach in the Ghana MBA. In 2017, he was appointed Manager of West Africa. Before joining E4Impact, Andrews has worked in management levels at various financial institutions. Andrews’s expertise is in helping and training start-ups and entrepreneurs to develop sustainable business models and think creatively about how they impact their communities.

He is a visiting lecturer in Strategy since 2015 at the Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship at the University of Makeni Sierra Leone, a consultant and an advocate for social entrepreneurship.  Currently, he provides training, mentoring and business coaching for the following organizations: Technoserve Ghana (Engine Program), Excellence in Broadcasting (EIB Network) Starr FM, Partner Coach for African Entrepreneurship Award, Citizen Capital Money Lending, Aquatic World, my campus, Innohub Accelerator, Center for Impact Entrepreneurship, Maria Allcare Montessori, aamg Business Solutions, Hay dynamics Company Limited, EMIGO Ghana Limited, etc.

Andrews holds an MBA in Marketing from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, a Post Graduate Diploma in the Management University of Leicester, and a Bachelor of Business Administration Methodist University College Ghana. He is currently working on his Doctoral thesis in Business Administration with the Swiss Management Centre, University.
