Mario Molteni

CEO

Mario Molteni is a Full Professor of Business Administration and Corporate Strategy at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan. He is a Founder of ALTIS, the Graduate School Business & Society of Catholic University, an international research and education institute on impact entrepreneurship and corporate sustainability.

From 1993 to 2008, he was the Scientific Director of ISVI, Institute for Business Values, a center of research for Corporate Social Responsibility promoted by important Italian universities, businesses, banks, and associations.

In 2006 he founded the CSR Manager Network, the Italian of CSR and sustainability managers from the principal Italian businesses.

In 2015 he was named Ashoka Fellow for E4Impact (Entrepreneurship for Impact).

He is the author of numerous books and scientific articles on Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Social Entrepreneurship.

Fabio Petroni

General Director

Fabio started collaborating with the E4Impact initiative at ALTIS – Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2013. Since 2015, as the Director of programs of the E4Impact Foundation, he was responsible for managing the E4Impact Alliance, coordinating existing MBAs, and working to launch new programs in other African countries, as well as overseeing development projects supported by Italian and European institutions. In addition, he teaches strategy courses for the MBA programs, and since September 2025, he has been appointed General Director of the E4Impact Foundation.

Prior to joining ALTIS, Fabio worked for the Italian oil company Eni as a CSR Expert. He advised on international partnerships and development projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. He also contributed to devising Eni’s contribution strategy to the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20), including designing and adopting commitment actions to the UN Sustainable Energy for All Initiative (UN-SEFA). He also was Eni’s account for the UN-SEFA as well as for the UN Global Compact (UNGC) and contributed to Eni’s election into the UNGC’s LEAD program.

Fabio interned in the European Parliament, where he contributed to legislative & policy processes in the Culture and Education Committee and the Delegation for Interparliamentary relation with the Parliament of Azerbaijan.

Fabio received the M.A. in International Cooperation and Development at the Università Cattolica, M. Phil at the Università di Pavia, Italy, and B.A. at the University of Perugia, Italy. He also attended advanced diplomas at UNDP – Central European University, Hungary, Trier University, Germany, University of Pavia.

Frank Cinque

New Business Development Director

Frank Cinque served as Managing Director of ALTIS – Graduate School Business and Society of Catholic University of Milan from 2006 to 2015.

There, in 2010, he collaborated in the launch of the E4Impact initiative, aimed at training entrepreneurs with hight social and economic impact in Africa. In 2015, when E4Impact became a Foundation, Frank was appointed General Manager, the role he held until September 2025.

He lectures in various editions of the E4Impact MBAs in Africa.

David Cheboryot

DIRECTOR OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTERS

David started collaborating with the E4Impact initiative in 2010 as a project leader in the Kenyan MBA, in 2015 he became Manager of East Africa operations of the E4Impact Foundation and later Director of Entrepreneurship Centers. Prior to joining E4Impact, David was the managing director of CoWA, a Kenyan Local NGO focused on training SMEs in income-generating activities and employment linkages. On a regular basis, David authors tips to start-ups gleaned from engaging with E4Impact entrepreneurs from East Africa to the general public on the weekly column ‘The Startup Garage’ published in print and online by Kenyan The Standard Newspaper. He holds a degree in law from the University of Nairobi (2004) and an MBA in Management from the Università Cattolica of Milan (2006). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Entrepreneurship at Tangaza University as well as lecturing in Business Modeling, creativity & Innovation and Business Planning.

Flavien Tchamdjeu

FRANCOPHONE AFRICA MANAGER

Flavien started collaborating with E4Impact in November 2017 as Francophone Africa Manager. After obtaining his High school degree in Cameroon in 2005, he decided to travel to Europe to continue his studies. He firmly believes that if the African youth is well educated, it will bring favorable fruits in both Europe and Africa. Before arriving in E4Impact, he has worked with different organizations and has collaborated with the International Student Desk of the University of Milan. He has been a Consultant of the International Organization for Migration, coordinating the project “Migrant associations for co-development” in Milan City and has worked with the Municipality of Milan on the project “Milan an International City.” Furthermore, he has been Head of International Cooperation with an Italian NGO and still collaborates with several Italian associations and Organizations on Migration and Development projects. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Geopolitics of Organized Crime (University of Milan), an MSc in International Relations (Diplomacy and International Organizations) at the (University of Milan) and a B.A. in International Science and European Institutions (University of Milan).  Moreover, he holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations from the University of Milan.

Grace Farai Muzenda

COUNTRY MANAGER MOZAMBIQUE

Grace Farai Muzenda is the E4Impact Country Manager in Mozambique. She has a strong academic background, holding a Degree in Business Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. Since 2015, she has worked extensively with entrepreneurs and startups, providing strategic guidance to foster sustainable growth. In 2024, she also served as a Gender Advisor, where she played a key role in promoting gender equity within entrepreneurial ecosystems and development programs. Her responsibilities included conducting gender assessments, developing gender-sensitive strategies, training stakeholders on gender mainstreaming, and ensuring inclusive participation across all project activities. Alongside this, she has contributed to humanitarian organizations focused on improving the lives of vulnerable communities. Currently, she supports startups in the agro-processing sector, helping them build resilient and scalable businesses. Grace is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Strategic Management, deepening her capacity to lead impactful initiatives that drive both economic and social transformation.

Hausa Lightbourne

COUNTRY MANAGER RWANDA

Country Manager E4Impact Rwanda since January 2023. She manages and oversees the implementation of E4Impact Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship in Rwanda, moreover she supports economic development projects with local partners and various value chain specific training programs to aspiring entrepreneurs.
She has more than 10 years of experience in education, training youth and women in particular, and in environmental waste mitigation services. Passionate about impact Entrepreneurship, she holds an MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship from Universita Cattolica Del Sacro Cuore, Milan (Italy) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry.

Kalkidan Shashigo

COUNTRY MANAGER ETHIOPIA

Kalkidan Shashigo is a dynamic professional with a strong entrepreneurial drive and over 15 years of experience in finance, business development, education, and consultancy. Currently the Country Manager for E4Impact Ethiopia, he oversees the E4Impact Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship and manages economic development projects and training programs. He is also pursuing a PhD in Finance & Investments at UNISA and holds dual MBAs in Accounting & Finance and Project Management. As Founder and General Manager of Efoyta Development Consultancy, he leads strategic planning, business development, financial management, and corporate training initiatives. His commitment to fostering growth is further demonstrated by his role as Founder and President of the Ethiopian Entrepreneurs Association and Co-founder of the YenetaNet E-Learning Platform.

Moussa Faye

COUNTRY MANAGER SENEGAL

Graduated from the Executive Center of the SUPDECO Dakar Group and specialized in multi-sectors project and management. Project and program manager for seven years, Moussa is passionate about managing humanitarian and community program projects in order to help initiate and support community dynamics in favor of the most vulnerable people. Motivated, dynamic, and ready to take on new challenges, he joined E4Impact in August 2023.

Bernadette Mutinda

COUNTRY MANAGER KENYA

Bernadette started collaborating with E4Impact Foundation in January 2020 as the Deputy Manager East Africa. Prior to joining E4Impact Bernadette worked at the Management University of Africa as Director, Executive Capacity Development Programmes in charge of corporate training and consultancy services. She also worked as a Lecturer specializing in Strategic Management in the same Institution. Bernadette has previously worked with the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) as the founding Manager of the KIM Machakos Branch and later as Coordinator Graduate Programmes. She also was a champion in the Organizational Performance Index (OPI) project. Bernadette recently defended her thesis for PhD in Business Administration from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and is expected to graduate in November 2020. She holds an MBA from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Education Degree Business studies major from Kenyatta University. She also holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Kenya Institute of Management and is a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) and KIM.

Saviour Agortimevor

COUNTRY MANAGER GHANA & WEST AFRICA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Saviour found his passion for international cooperation and development during his first internship at the Pan-African Parliament in 2010 shortly after college in Johannesburg, South Africa. He then went on to complete a double bachelor’s degrees in international relations & Diplomacy and Communications & Media Studies at the Australian University of Monash. For the past 10 years, he has collaborated with numerous grassroots and international organizations such as SAAYEE (Southern Africa Alliance for Youth Employment), GIZ, USAID, DGA (Digital Girl Africa), VIS, The Good Lobby EU, where he contributed to the development and implementation of projects both in Africa and Europe. He has also completed two master’s degrees in Italy: Law of Sustainable Development at Universita Degli studi di Milano and International Cooperation and Development at Universita Degli Studi di Pavia. Saviour joined the E4Impact Foundation in May 2022 as Global MBA Manager and in 2025 became Ghana Country Manager & West Africa Business Development Manager.

Daniela Bresciani

AFC UNIT MANAGER

Daniela joined E4Impact Foundation in 2025 as Head of the Administration, Finance and Control Unit, bringing with her extensive experience in administrative and accounting management. Her professional path—beginning in the commercial sector, continuing in industry, and consolidated since 2002 in the non-profit world—has enabled her to develop strong competencies and a marked ability to adapt to different contexts.

At E4Impact, she coordinates the AFC Unit, which oversees the organization’s administrative, fiscal, and financial management, handling procedures, contracts, human resources, and project reporting, with particular attention to international aspects and the requirements of partners and funding bodies.

For Daniela, teamwork is a constant source of energy: sharing goals, tackling challenges, and building solutions together makes every achievement more meaningful and every project more solid.

Niccolò Minetti

FINANCIAL REPORTING OFFICER

After completing his studies in Economics at the University of Genoa, driven by a strong interest in the public sector, Niccolò continued his path with an internship at the Revenue Office of the Municipality of Genoa, focusing in particular on monitoring receivables managed by the Administration toward public bodies such as Ministries and the European Commission. He then went on to a second internship with the Liguria Region, within the Department of Environment and Civil Protection – Environmental Impact Assessment Unit, where he contributed to the drafting of the Regional Strategy for Sustainable Development (RSvSD) of the Region, currently in force, translating the objectives of the UN 2030 Agenda into a local context.

After coming into contact with several Third Sector organizations, he decided to further explore this field by applying for the Universal Civil Service with Fondazione ACRA, an international cooperation organization based in Milan, where he stayed for three years, first as an assistant and then as Administrative Desk Officer for the Italy–Europe area.

He joined the E4Impact team in May 2025, taking on the role of Financial Reporting Officer and overseeing the financial reporting of the Foundation’s projects.

Mauro Borin

HEAD OF THE PROJECT OFFICE

After completing his studies in Law and a Master Degree in European Project Planning, and after having completed a 3-month internship in Amnesty International, Mauro worked for the International Organization for International Co-operation OVCI la Nostra Famiglia for 16 years, first as Head of Institutional Fund Raising in the HQs, and then as Country Representative and Team Leader of the Organization in South Sudan. In 2008, he returned to Italy to take on the functions of Head of Planning and Project Development in OVCI. In the exercise of his assignment, Mauro obtained the approval of more than 100 cooperation and development projects from Institutional Funders such as the European Union, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Italian Episcopal Conference, etc. He also coordinated the entire project cycle for all the programs launched during that time in OVCI, through continuous monitoring, distance and field assessment missions, of the Expatriate and Local Coordinators. Finally, he had the opportunity to carry out, as expert, several specific training sessions to Sudanese NGOs on Project Cycle Management, as well as external evaluations of cooperation projects co-financed by the European Union to other local NGOs, which took him to Sudan, South Sudan, Ecuador, Morocco and China.

He joined E4Impact as Head of the Projects Office, since June the 1st 2020.

Stefania Meli

PROJECT DESIGNER & PROPOSAL WRITER

Collaborating with E4Impact since July 2020 as Alumni Manager and currently employed as Project Designer and Proposal Writer.
Stefania has obtained a postgraduate degree at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle-Paris 3 in International Studies focused on Latin American economic and socio-political issues. She has been a research fellow at the Universidad de Costa Rica and in Honduras.
Since her postgraduation in 2013, she has been working in Rwanda, Sierra Leone and Italy, gaining experience in managing projects funded by AICS, CEI, private donors and EU project designing.
She fluently speaks three languages beyond Italian: French, English and Spanish.
After her studies, her interest in the African continent led her to apply to the International Civil Service at the non-for-profit organization AVSI and work in Rwanda, where she was then hired as a project manager. In Sierra Leone, she continued her collaboration with AVSI as Country Representative and Project Manager, managing different projects, in particular, an emergency project to support Ebola victims funded by the Italian Agency for Development and Cooperation and a CEI project focused on training secondary schools teachers and students to improve the quality of education. She has acquired experience in project designing, skills in administration and project accounting during her career. In her past jobs, she has been in charge of staff management, human resources and logistics.

Erica Negro

IMPACT MEASUREMENT MANAGER

Erica has been collaborating with E4Impact since October 2021 in the role of Impact Measurement and social reporting manager of the foundation’s activities.
Following her bachelor’s degree in Languages at the University of Verona, she obtained her master’s degree in Intercultural Development of Tourism Systems at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, specializing in territorial development and design of sustainable tourism in the interior areas. She deepened the field of development cooperation with a thesis on the role of responsible tourism as a tool for developing sustainable rural areas in the Global South. Following field research experience in Kenya, Erica participated in the course of “International Cooperation for Development” of the ISPI School, then she specialized in social reporting and assessment of social and environmental impact with the interdisciplinary Master of second level in “Sustainability Innovation Reporting” of the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
Before joining the E4Impact team, Erica worked as a development contact for the innovative start-up for sustainable tourism SharryLand, and then collaborated in the sector of fair trade drafting the Sustainability Report with Altromercato Social Enterprise and with the social cooperative Canalete (of which she is currently part as a component of the Board of Directors).

Jessica Vaghi

COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Jessica started collaborating with the E4Impact initiative in 2014 in ALTIS – Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and became Communication Manager of the E4Impact Foundation in 2015. At E4Impact, Jessica manages all aspects of corporate communication, coordinating the communication activities with African offices and partners. She holds a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Marketing from Università Cattolica of Milan and a Master’s in Corporate Digital Communication from Utenti Pubblicità Associati. She speaks Italian, English, French, German, and basic Spanish. Passionate about digital communication, social networks, blogging and writing, she has won some literary competitions and has published a book with Giunti Editore.

Valeria Bazzano

COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

Valeria started working with E4Impact Foundation in January 2025 as Communication Specialist. She graduated in Language Mediation with a specialisation in English and German. Driven by a strong interest in digital marketing and communication, she deepened her skills with a postgraduate course in Digital Media Management and a 1st level Master in Management and Digital Transformation. Before joining E4Impact, she worked as a Marketing Assistant for a company in the heating industry.

Antonella Porretta

MBA & ALUMNI MANAGER

Antonella Porretta started collaborating with the E4Impact Foundation in September 2022. Prior to that, she acquired experience in European projects consultancy and linguistic and cultural mediation, working respectively in Brussels and Granada. After obtaining a Master’s degree in European and International Studies at the University of Trento, Antonella decided to move to Milan to dedicate herself to community management. From 2016 to 2021, she worked at Bocconi University as an Alumni & Donor Relations Specialist, dealing with the management of its network of Alumni, the creation and strengthening of graduates’ interest groups and individual donor relations and stewardship. In 2021, she further specialized in community management in the role of Alumni & Community Specialist at the Graduate School of Politecnico di Milano, with the additional aim of planning and coordinating entrepreneurship and career development initiatives for its Alumni.

Andrea Mezzadri

BUSINESS & FINANCE SPECIALIST

Andrea Mezzadri holds a degree in Economics at Catholic University, and he is a adjunt professor of Business Economics and of Entrepreneurship at the same University. Passionate about innovation, he is deeply convinced that new entrepreneurship can be a source of both economic and social renewed development.
Since 2010, he has been manager of the Italian phase of the Global Social Venture Competition, the main world competition for high social and environmental impact startups and, since 2014, he has been the didactic coordinator of Dr. Startupper, a training program that aims to support students of the Catholic University in the formalization of their business idea.
Finally, he is a juror in numerous contests for startups and coaches of young entrepreneurs and he tries to support them in the search for a sustainable business model. He is an expert in Small Medium and Medium Enterprises and he supports them in their path of growth and generational turnover. He is a member of the faculty of the ALTIS Executive Master in Social Entrepreneurship and of ALTIS Executive Master in Strategic Development for SMEs.
Since 2020 he joined E4Impact Foundation as diglital platform manager, in charge especially for design and development of E-learing platform and B2B platform.

Andrews Ayiku

MBA COORDINATOR WEST AFRICA

Andrews Ayiku started collaborating with the E4Impact initiative in 2013 as a Business Coach in the Ghana MBA. In 2017, he was appointed Manager of West Africa. Before joining E4Impact. Andrews has over 16 years’ experience in business model innovation, business development, microfinancing, SMEs capacity building, program design, customer service, customer experience and branding. He was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholarship Program for Advanced Scholars at the University of New Brunswick, Canada to research into Entrepreneurship Marketing and Business Strategy. Andrews worked at the United Bank for Africa, Innovative Microfinance Limited, Digicast Logistics, Midland Savings and Loans, and Ministry of Finance and Economic planning. He is a visiting lecturer in Business Model Design, Business Strategy since 2015 at the Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship at the University of Makeni Sierra Leone, and a Facilitator in Entrepreneurship (MBA programme) at the Accra Business School in Ghana.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, and holds a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing-UK and a Full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana. (CIMG). He has been consulting for Impact Investing Ghana, German Development Cooperation, Accelerate Prosperity, Pakistan (A Global Initiative of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), Orange Corners Accelerator, Safisana Ghana Limited, Mobile Business Clinic Ghana, Vodafone Ghana SME clinic, Africa Internship Academy etc. Andrews is a Non-Executive Director of Jayset Consulting, Board Member for Lead Afrique International etc. Andrews is a Lecturer in the Marketing Department and Coordinator for the MBA Impact Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Professional Studies Accra. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration, Masters Business Administration with specialization in Marketing, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance.

Marco Locati

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AFRICA

Marco has a solid experience of management in multinational companies, mainly in the areas of operations and processes; since 2017 he has helped non-profit organizations. Marco has managed numerous merger and spinoff projects, working in multi-cultural contexts. He is member of the Italian Managers for International Trade (IMIT) association and he is one of the founders of the E4Impact Business Development Africa team, of which he is a member.

Maurizia Rota

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AFRICA

Maurizia started her career in large multinational companies, growing up in the areas of marketing and communication; she then moved to Italian companies of various sizes where she held roles of General Manager and CEO. In the last period, she has worked in Spain for supporting the development of start-up companies. Maurizia brings her extensive business experience to E4Impact’s Business Development Africa team, which she joined from the start.

Bradley Googins

SENIOR FELLOW

Bradley is a Visiting Professor of Strategy at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, where he started collaborating in 2011 at the E4Impact initiative. He became Senior Fellow of the E4Impact Foundation in 2015 and currently serves as a strategy professor in several E4Impact MBAs in Africa. He’s also Senior Fellow at the Lewis Institute on Social Innovation Babson College. His primary focus is on Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He was a Professor in Organizational Studies (Ret) at the Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. From 1997-2009 he was also the Executive Director of the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, a research and education center that served as a leading voice in the U.S. on the role of business in society. Prior to Boston College, he was a professor at the Graduate School of Social Work at Boston University, where he founded the Center for Work & Family. He was a National Kellogg Leadership Fellow from 1989-1992. Prof. Googins has authored dozens of books and articles on corporate issues and sits on the review board of the Journal of Corporate Citizenship and several advisory boards. He holds a Ph.D. in Social Policy from The Heller Graduate School at Brandeis University, an M.S.W., and a B.A. in philosophy and sociology from Boston College.
