The Theory of Change serves as the foundation for E4Impact’s Impact Management System, providing a strategic framework for monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of its activities in supporting African entrepreneurs. Our mission is to enhance the African entrepreneurial ecosystem by enabling the growth of small and medium-sized businesses and by empowering entrepreneurs in small-scale organizations, which may be startups or subsistence entrepreneurs.
Through coordinated efforts and tailored initiatives, the Foundation supports the development of business ideas and enterprises step-by-step: beginning at the individual level by strengthening entrepreneurial mindsets and skills and advancing toward the creation of sustainable enterprises capable of expanding their impact both locally and globally.
