The E4Impact Theory of Change (ToC) frames a model where practical business education and entrepreneurship support contribute to the creation of decent jobs and therefore the alleviation of poverty in Africa.
It is a roadmap that underlies how E4Impact intends to achieve its vision, commitments, and principles.
The ToC is understood as an articulation that explains the way an intervention leads to a given change. It represents a causal structure of how and why a process of change occurs in a particular context, and shows the relation between inputs, outputs, outcomes, and impact, considering certain underlying assumptions.
We use the ToC as a guide for our Impact Management System (IMS) and for the accuracy of data collection.
