Letizia Brichetto Arnaboldi Moratti is one of the most important entrepreneurs at an international level, particularly in the financial, insurance and telecommunications sectors. She is co-founder of the San Patrignano Foundation.
From 1994 to 1996 Letizia Brichetto Arnaboldi Moratti was the first woman ever designed President of RAI- Radio Televisione Italiana, the national broadcasting company. During her mandate RAI experienced a radical internal reorganization, making a significant profit.

Elena Beccalli (Vice President)

Elena Beccalli is the Rector of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. She is a Full Professor of Financial Intermediaries at the School of Banking, Finance, and Insurance Sciences at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of which she was the Dean from November 1st 2014 until June 30th 2024. She is a research associate at the Centre for Analysis of Risk and Regulation at the London School of Economics (United Kingdom), where she previously held positions as a tutorial fellow, lecturer, and visiting professor. She is an academic fellow of the Centre for Responsible Banking & Finance at the University of St Andrews (United Kingdom).

Diana Bracco

Diana Bracco holds a degree in chemistry from Pavia University, which also awarded her an honorary degree in pharmacy in 2001. In 2004 the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome awarded her an honorary degree in medicine. She is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bracco, a multinational healthcare Group with revenues of more than 1,3 billion Euro, of which 81% from international sales, and more than 3,400 employees. Diana Bracco is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Centro Diagnostico Italiano, President of the Bracco Foundation, President of the National Life Science Cluster – ALISEI, President of the Confindustria Fondazione Mai, President of the Fondazione Milano per Expo 2015. She has been President of Expo 2015 SpA and Commissioner General of Section for the Italy Pavilion at the Expo Milan 2015.

Cristian Camisa

Cristian Camisa was born in Piacenza on March, 4th 1974, he is married and has two children, Matilde and Leonardo. After his university degree in Economy at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, he started his job in Italy Volkswagen Group as manager of the Italian dealers network and then moved to Fiat Group where he was first in charge for Infomobility projects in the European market and then became Director of Targa Infomobility. In 2008 he started his job in the family company, T.T.A. (Tecno Taglio Acciai), a manufacturing entreprise specialized in cutting, trade and processing of metal sheets, special and stainless steels, where he currently is President and CEO. In 2010 he became a member of Confapi Industria Piacenza’s Council and then he was elected as member of the Association’s Board in charge for the relations with its sectorial branches.

Michele Carpinelli

Born in Milan in 1948. Admitted to Italian bar and Supreme Court and to the order of chartered accountants. Presently Of Counsel of Studio Chiomenti, of which has been partner for over 35 years. He is Chariman of the board of statutory auditors of Enel Foundation. In 2017 he promoted the creation of Fondazione Aurora, a private no profit institution which pursues projects of inclusive socio-economic development by collaborating with young African entrepreneurs to scale up their business initiatives with significant social impact in their communities. He focuses his professional activity mainly in the areas of corporate and commercial law, financial markets and tax. He has been member of board of directors and statutory auditors of banks and financial companies.

Laura Colnaghi Calissoni

Laura Colnaghi Calissoni is currently the President and CEO of the Carvico Group. After her degree in law at the University La Sapienza of Rome, she went on to practice in several well-known law firms both Italy and in the US until 1985, when she started her entrepreneurial career in the world of contemporary jewels by setting up a partnership with her aunt Marina Bulgari. In 1987 she married Giuseppe Colnaghi, founder of Carvico Spa, and in 1989 she became a member of the company Board of Directors.

Lawyer and investment banker, Mario Carlo Ferrario is one of the founders of Schroder Ventures – now Permira – a private equity and venture capital group. He has 25 years of experience as a manager of institutional capital funds with investments in Italy, Europe, the USA, Latin America, Africa, India, and Australia. He is currently President and Director of investment companies and asset management companies, as well as a member of the financial experts of UNESCO and the Spin-off Evaluation Commission of the Ministry of Universities and Research. Ferrario is President of the Giorgio Ambrosoli Prize Foundation and Advisor to the Bruno Leoni Foundation. He is also President of the Venture Capital group of AIFI (Italian Association of Investment Companies), Vice Chairman of Save the Children, Oxfam, Transparency International Italy, and President of the Brera Academy.

Francesco Fiori

Francesco Fiori is a journalist. He began his working career in 1977 at the Agricultural Union of Pavia Province. From 1987 to 1995 he became Regional Director of Confagricoltura; in the same year he was elected Regional Counselor of Lombardia and Agriculture Assessor for the Italian political party Forza Italia. In 1999 he was elected to the European Parliament and he became vice president of PPE Group. From 2005 to 2008 he covered the charge of Director of the farmers of Mantova; in the same year he was elected as Regional Counselor of Forza Italia in Lombardia until 2010, year in which he became the Personal Assistant of its President Giorgio Squinzi and Manager of the Institutional Affair in MAPEI.

Vincenzo Gesmundo

Vincenzo Gesmundo holds a degree in Philosophy from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome. He joined Coldiretti in 1981 and distinguished himself in the various roles and positions held. Since 2013 he has held the position of General Secretary of Coldiretti, the largest Italian and European agricultural organisation with 1.6 million members. He is currently Director and Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Consorzio Sistema Servizi Coldiretti, Director of Green Assicurazioni, Director of Fondazione Campagna Amica and of Germina Campus. He is Vice-President of the Observatory on Crime in Agriculture and the Agri-Food System and Director of Filiera Italia, a foundation which for the first time sees agriculture and the Italian food industry par excellence together to defend, support and enhance Made in Italy.

Claudio Granata was born in Rome on July 22, 1960. Graduated in Economics, in 1983, he joined the Eni group. From 1983 to 1994 he worked as an expert on the labor market and social security at the ASAP (Association of Trade Unions of Eni Companies). Full professor of Business Economics first at Turin University and then at LUISS University, from 1974 to 1995 he was the Manager of the Institute for Economic Research on Firms and Growth, the main body of CNR, the Italian National Research Council, in the economic field.

Patrick Edrin Kyamanywa

Patrick Edrin Kyamanywa is a general surgeon, researcher, education leader; a full professor of general surgery and an active global health education advocate with particular interest in innovations to develop human resources for the 21 st century. He holds an MBA in Leadership of Innovation and Change from York St. John University in England, and this has enhanced his knowledge and skills for change management and innovation leadership. He completed general medical training and surgical specialist training at Makerere University in Uganda. Additionally He holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the Nuffield Centre for International Health and Development, University of Leeds. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy of the United Kingdom and a founding Fellow of the College of Surgeons of East, Central and Southern Africa (COSESCA). He has held leadership responsibilities in academic institutions for the last 20 years. Served as the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Kampala International University’s Western Campus (February 2016 – September 2021).

Fabrizio Lobasso

Fabrizio Lobasso has been a diplomat since 1997. Currently he is deputy director for Sub-Saharan Africa at the Italian MFA and, before returning to Rome, he was stationed at the embassy of Italy in Chile (head of commercial division), in Greece (consul) and has been Italian ambassador to Sudan. For several years now, he has carried out research in the domain of intercultural phenomena applied to international relations. In 2017, he founded the first worldwide Chair of Intercultural Diplomacy at the International University of Rome (UNINT) where he actually is adjunct professor. He completed his education in Harvard (public leadership) and Geneva Center for Security Policy (violent extremism). He holds a PhD in Political Science and is visiting professor at the El Nilein University in Khartoum.

Mario Molteni

He is a Founder of ALTIS, the Graduate School Business & Society of Catholic University, an international research and education institute on impact entrepreneurship and corporate sustainability. From 1993 to 2008, he was the Scientific Director of ISVI, Institute for Business Values, a center of research for Corporate Social Responsibility promoted by important Italian universities, businesses, banks, and associations. Angelo Moratti

Angelo Moratti studied at Columbia University in New York City. He is currently Executive Chairman of Angel Capital Management and Vice-Chairman of Saras SpA, the largest refinery company in the Mediterranean. He is Vice-Chairman and member of the Executive Committee of Special Olympics International. Founder and former Chairman of Sarlux – a company that built and managed an electrical power station with capacity of 550 MW (1996/2002). He was member of the Board of Inter Milan Football Club from 1995 to 2013 and Board Member of Olimpia Milano basketball club sponsored by Armani Jeans (2003/2008).
He was Chairman of Associazione Dino Ferrari, which focuses on research for neurological diseases (2000/2005). He has been involved in Venture Capital investing since 1996, when he founded telecom company ePlanet which went public in 2000.

Andrea Perrone

Andrea Perrone is a Full Professor of Corporate Law & Securities Regulation at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC) in Milan, Italy. He has taught at the Università di Ferrara and has been Visiting Professor at the Université Paris X, the University of Warsaw, and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Prof. Perrone is the Director of the Master in Family Banking and of the Master in Banking, Finance, and Regulation, both at UCSC. He has published extensively in the field of law and economics, securities regulation, corporate law, and contract law. Professor Perrone is a name partner at Perrone & Associati, a boutique law firm in Milan specializing in securities regulation, banking law, and corporate law. He also serves as an independent director in both financial and industrial companies. Professor Perrone is the Director of CESEN, a UCSC based research center for church entities and other non-profit organizations, and serves as the President of Spe Salvi Foundation, established to foster inter-university cooperation between Italy and Africa.

Pietro Salini

Pietro Salini has served as Chief Executive Officer of Webuild (formerly Salini Impregilo) since July 2012. He earned his degree in Economics and Business Administration from La Sapienza University of Rome. He began his professional career in 1987, working for the family company, Salini Costruttori SpA, becoming its Chief Executive Officer in 1994, a position he still holds. Pietro Salini also currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Co.Ge.Ma. S.p.A., Sole Director of Pietro Salini & C. s.r.l. and, as such, Deputy Chairman and Member of Board of General Partners of Salini Simonpietro e C. S.a.p.A. He is also a Member of the Board of Confindustria (the main Association representing manufacturing and services companies in Italy) and Executive Committee Member of Assonime (the Association of the Italian joint-stock companies).

Roberto Sancinelli

MONTELLO SPA

Roberto Sancinelli began working in the family business operating in the metal recovery and recycling sector. Under his leadership, in 1972, he was the first in Italy to install an innovative crushing plant for end-of-life cars in the Levate / Dalmine (BG) plant with automatic selection of the various car components. In 1984 he acquired an electric melting and rolling furnace steel mill for the production of steel and rebar for reinforced concrete.

Veronica Squinzi

Born in 1972, married with two children, she obtained in 1997 her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Milano with a specialization in Corporate Management and Industrial Strategy. She started to work in Mapei SpA as Corporate Controller. During this time of more or less two years, she had the opportunity to travel to all Mapei subsidiaries taking care of both the internal auditing and controlling activities based on the market and the competitors’ analysis. In 2001-2002 she attended an MBA at Bocconi University of Milan. Starting from 1999, she moved to Mapei Strategic Planning Department, and she is nowadays Global Development Director, functioning as coordinator of local teams and trait d’unione between subsidiaries and headquarters.

Luigi Vianello

Luigi Vianello, an Economics journalist and Communications Director of companies, banks, associations, is now Corporate Identity and Communication Director of the Webuild Group, a world leader in the large infrastructure sector. In 2010, he was the Director of Communication and Institutional Relations of the Assicurazioni Generali Group, coordinating all communication activities; in 2008, the Director of Communications and Relations with National and International Media & for the Coordination of Institutional Relations at the Mediobanca Group. In 2007, he was the Central Director for Communications at Unicredit; and in 2003, the Central Director of Communications and External Relations and Institutional Relations of Capitalia. As a journalist, after his experiences in Agenzia Italia and AdnKronos, he became the Deputy Director of Ansa and the Executive Director of the Sole24ore Radiocor Agency. During his various assignments, he also coordinated educational projects with institutions and universities, holding lectures, including a Business Philosophy Course, at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the LUISS Guido Carli University, in Rome. He is a member of the Scientific Technical Committee of the Master of Economics and Communications Management of Tor Vergata.
