January 30th, 2015 marked the official end of the first Ghanaian edition of the E4impact MBA Global Business and Sustainability, the initiative aimed at supporting entrepreneurship with a high level of social and environmental impact, promoted by ALTIS in partnership with the Catholic Institute of Business and Technology (CIBT) in Accra (Ghana).

The graduation ceremony, held at the CIBT, marks the completion by 30 entrepreneurs of a training course designed to launch and develop business projects, benefiting from the guidance of a dedicated business coach, an international faculty and many opportunities for contact with a variety of players in the Ghanaian business world.

Witness to the success of this first Ghanaian edition are thirteen new start-ups by participants during the year as well as over 70 new jobs created from the launch or expansion of their businesses.

Many distinguished guests attended the ceremony in addition to the teachers, staff and international entrepreneurs and their families. These included the Vice-President of the Republic of Ghana, Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, the Archbishop of Accra and Rector of CIBT, His Excellency Gabriel Charles Palmer-Buckle, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana, Professor Ernest Aryeetey and, finally, the General Manager of E4impact, Dr. Fabio Petroni, from ALTIS.

We would like to wish our entrepreneurs the very best of luck for the future and eagerly await updates on their successes in the Ghanaian business world.
