Call for International Trainers

Background

E4Impact Foundation is designing a network of international consultants, trainers, and professors based and working in the entrepreneurial ecosystems in the countries where the Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship is active.

This approach is to ensure to entrepreneurs and MBA students a concrete support from a mix of academia and sector-relevant professionals about the MBA contents, like strategy and finance.  Also, these professionals are knowledgeable about the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and have extensive experience in relevant sectors, so they are capable to provide our entrepreneurs strong local networks of investors through program delivery.

Requirements

An E4Impact International Trainer must necessarily have at least 10 years of professional experience as a business manager, department manager or in the support of start-ups. More specifically, in the fields of:

  • Business Strategy: Lead generation, value proposition, formalization of the business plan, positioning of the offer, and pivot business model canvas.
  • Financing: fundraising, valuation, financial engineering – expansion, business plan – financial consolidation, proposal, team & equity.
  • Sales and Marketing: marketing strategy, roadmap, buyer utility map, management and sales cycle, market validation and customer segmentation, digital commercial prospecting, B2B sales (customer targeting and negotiation), personal branding, positioning & naming, pitch preparation, storytelling.

 

 

Moreover he/she needs:

  • Master or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources Management, or in one of the areas of sector expertise sought by our network of entrepreneurs.
  • Skills in Business French (C1) and/or English (C1).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the African Entrepreneurial Ecosystem, particularly in the country of the MBAs, is a plus.

Term of Reference

The trainers are expected to support the entrepeneurs in many different ways:

  • By using the Business Model Canvas tool to design and validate their business models.
  • Helping them to develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the 11 variables of the BMC+.
  • Helping them to plan and forecast their business financials using the three main financial statements (Income Statement, Reclassified Balance Sheet, and Cash-Flow Statement.
  • Building the capacity of the entrepreneurs to formulate judgments about their finances and develop communications skills to critically pitch their financials.

The data controller also recognises, in cases where the processing is based on consent, your right to withdraw said consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the provided consent prior to the withdrawal; in order to do this, you may at any time unregister by contacting the data controller at the addresses published on the website. The data controller would also like to inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority in its capacity as supervisory authority in Italy and to bring court proceedings both against a decision of the Data Protection Authority and against the data controller and/or a data processor.
