A social enterprise that believes in personal leadership in young people. In order to improve the quality of teaching and learning in schools, they have developed a well-structured curriculum for teaching leadership, character and good habits in children and young people aged 6-18.

Major Achievements
- Recruited his 1st employee during the MBA, now he has a team of 8;
- Has had a positive impact on 5,000 children’s lives;
- It has trained 950 teachers;
- In 2017, was awarded an MTN Foundation grant to teach 300 students of the Madina Cluster of Schools how to adequately prepare for exams;
- In 2018 was awarded a 2-year grant by STAR-Ghana to develop an anti-corruption and integrity curriculum for students, together with an animation series and Students Supplementary Reader;
- In 2018 it launched the CR8TIFF Business Plan Competition for High Schools, the first of its kind in Ghana. Now in its 3rd season, it counts 243 participating High School students from 20 schools.
