- Closed key collaborations among which with Kahawa 1983 and Uganda Mbale Coffee;
- Among its key action pillars, Coffee for Peace, Coffee for Women, Coffee for Youth, Coffee for Environmental Conservation, Coffee for Education;
- They annually hold the Seed Program, collecting $0.01 from each kilogram of coffee they sell throughout the year to fund the program. Seeds offer financial grants to small coffee producers and farmers at coffee cooperative societies they work with to implement sustainability projects they identify as beneficial. By directing iridescent funds into Seeds, Sumseron supports more projects and increases the resilience of coffee farmers and their communities.
