• Over 700 households switched to using clean briquettes, reducing reliance on harmful fuels;

• Repurposed over 9,000 tons of agricultural waste by turning it into eco-friendly briquettes, and saved an estimated 35,000 trees;

• Created 42 jobs in clean energy production and distribution;

• One of their key solutions, Makaa Tunza, offers briquettes made from carbonised waste biomass mixed with a binding agent, which is cost-effective, smokeless, emits lower carbon emissions, and last three times longer than traditional charcoal;

• Ranked top 50 in the Small Business Awards 2023-Small Business Sustainability Award Category, and named Company of the Year at the Africa Queen of Energy Awards 2023, nominated for the 2024 Silver Lining Award due to unwavering dedication to promoting renewable energy solutions.
