Mario Molteni

STRATEGY STREAM LEADER

Mario Molteni is a Full Professor of Business Administration and Corporate Strategy at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan. He is a Founder of ALTIS, the Graduate School Business & Society of Catholic University, an international research and education institute on impact entrepreneurship and corporate sustainability. From 1993 to 2008, he was the Scientific Director of ISVI, Institute for Business Values, a center of research for Corporate Social Responsibility promoted by important Italian universities, businesses, banks, and associations. In 2006, he founded the CSR Manager Network, the Italian of CSR and sustainability managers from the principal Italian businesses. In 2015 he was named Ashoka Fellow for E4mpact (Entrepreneurship for Impact), a project which currently offers an MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship in 5 African countries. He is the author of numerous books and scientific articles on Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Social Entrepreneurship. He is the E4Impact Foundation CEO.

Renato Fiocca

MARKETING STREAM LEADER

Renato is a Full Professor of Marketing at Univeristà Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan since 2002. In the previous years, he taught at Bocconi University and Università della Svizzera Italiana and, as a visiting professor, at the University of Florida (Gainesville), at the International Management Institute of St. Petersburg (Russia), and the Fundaçao Getulio Vargas in Sao Paulo (Brasil). He is the author of 20 books about marketing and corporate communication and more than 50 articles published in scientific journals on the same topics. From 2009 to 2015, he has been a member of the board of SIM, Società Italiana Marketing.

Daniela Isari

HUMAN RESOURCE STREAM LEADER

Daniela Isari is a lecturer at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, where she teaches Organizational Theory and Design in undergraduate and postgraduate programs, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour in postgraduate Master programs and Executive Development programs. She completed her Ph.D. in Business Information Systems at LUISS University in Rome, was visiting scholar at Université Paris Dauphine, France, and research fellow at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice, Italy. Her research interests cover organizational culture and leadership, work-family balance, new forms of work, and collaboration enabled by social networks.

Tommaso Saltini

ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE STREAM LEADER

Tommaso is a Ph.D. and research fellow in management and finance, with a focus on impact financing for impact entrepreneurship. He is an external faculty member at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, teaching entrepreneurial finance within the “UCSC International Curriculum” for international students. He is a venture capital and corporate finance advisor with a focus on the Middle East, North Africa, and India collaborating with impact investing institutions. He is committed to promote and implement international projects in developing countries in collaboration with N.G.O.s. He has worked for UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) at the headquarter in Vienna, implementing projects in the Middle East and Latin American and for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services in Milan. He has strong experience in carrying out feasibility studies, business plans, and evaluation analyses. He is registered in Italy as a chartered accountant and auditor.

Alberto De Marco

OPERATIONS STREAM LEADER

Alberto De Marco is an Associate Professor of Project Management with the Dept. of Management at Politecnico di Torino, Italy. He also provides executive education in the areas of Operations Management at various institutions and organizations. He is an Appointed Professor at the Tongji University, Shanghai (China), and the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute (Uzbekistan). In 2006, he was at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Visiting Professor. He worked as a post-doc scholar in the field of complexity science applied to system management.
Research and consulting activities are in the areas of operations management, project management, facility management, financial planning, and public-private partnerships. He formerly worked as a project manager. He founded two start-up companies.
Alberto De Marco earned his M.Sc. in Building Engineering and Ph.D. in Project Management from Politecnico di Torino. He attended part of his graduate education at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris.

Eugenio Caperchione

STRATEGY PROFESSOR

Eugenio Caperchione teaches Public Management and Public Sector Accounting at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, where he has also served as the Head of the Business Management Department (2005-08) and as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics (2008-12). He earned his Ph.D. in Business Management from Bocconi University, Milan. His main research area is public sector accounting, and he privileges the comparative approach. He has published extensively on this subject and has taken intensively in the work of CIGAR network (Comparative International Governmental Accounting Research), where he serves as the Chairman of the Board since 2009. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of P.M.M., Public Money & Management, and a referee for several academic journals. He has been an invited speaker and has presented papers in a number of international conferences and workshops. He has been a visiting professor in the Academy of Economics, Cracow (Poland), 1993; in the University of Klagenfurt (Austria), 2000; in the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises, Poitiers (France), 2007; in Universidad Católica Sedes Sapientiae, Lima (Peru), 2010, 2012 and 2013; and in Kristianstad University (Sweden), 2012, as well as a visiting scholar in the University of Postdam (Germany), 2003.

Bradley Googins

STRATEGY PROFESSOR

Bradley is a Visiting Professor of Strategy at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, where he started collaborating in 2011. He became Senior Fellow of the E4impact Foundation in 2015 and currently serves as a strategy professor in several E4impact M.B.A.s in Africa. He’s also Senior Fellow at the Lewis Institute on Social Innovation Babson College. His primary focus is on Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He was a Professor in Organizational Studies (Ret) at the Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
From 1997-2009, he was also the Executive Director of the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, a research and education center that served as a leading voice in the U.S. on the role of business in society. Prior to Boston College, he was a professor at the Graduate School of Social Work at Boston University, where he founded the Center for Work & Family. He was a National Kellogg Leadership Fellow from 1989- 1992. Prof. Googins has authored dozens of books and articles on corporate issues and sits on the review board of the Journal of Corporate Citizenship and several advisory boards. He holds a Ph.D. in Social Policy from The Heller Graduate School at Brandeis University, an M.S.W. and a B.A. in philosophy and sociology from Boston College.

Benedetto Cannatelli

STRATEGY PROFESSOR

Benedetto is Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship and Strategy at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and is actively involved, as a researcher, at ALTIS, the Graduate School of Business and Society. He is also Founder of Railroad Brewing Co. His main research interest is Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management. In 2009 he was visiting scholar at the Lester Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at HAAS School of Business, UC Berkeley, CA. In 2010 and 2011, he was an international visiting scholar at the Center for Social Entrepreneurship at Farmer School of Business, Miami University, Oxford, OH.

Raffaella Colasurdo

ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

Raffaella Colasurdo is Head of Valuation Activity at Fondo Italiano d’Investimento (largest Italian Private Equity Fund created in 2010 on the initiative of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance together with several Sponsor Banks and trade associations) since November 2014. She is an external professor for UCSC International – Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, since the beginning of 2014, for the “Entrepreneurial Finance” course, within “UCSC International Curriculum” for international students.
From 2000 to the end of 2013, she has worked as a Director within Deloitte Financial Advisory Services S.r.l. With responsibility for Commercial Due Diligence activity since 2008, after almost one year spent in Deloitte L.L.P. Consulting, “M&A Strategy” in London. Until 2008, within Deloitte, she has managed corporate finance projects (valuations, business plan, M&A). From 1995 to 2000 she has worked for Gallo Meliorbanca S.p.A. in Milan, in the “M&A and Investment” business line. She graduated in 1995 in Economics with major in Corporate Finance from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan.

Alessandro Giudici

STRATEGY PROFESSOR

Alessandro is Senior Lecturer and Director of the Modular Executive MBA at The Business School (formerly Cass), City, University of London. His research investigates innovation in entrepreneurial ecosystems mainly from the perspective of ‘pro-social’ intermediary organizations such as incubators, accelerators, venture associations, government agencies, etc. He is particularly interested in business model innovation, particularly if digitally-enabled and for social innovation, in Sub-Saharan Africa where he regularly collaborates with E4Impact on research projects. In 2020, Alessandro was included in Poets & Quants’ “Best 40 Under 40 Business School Professors” list, with the highest number of votes on record.

Giacomo Ciambotti

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE LECTURER AND COORDINATOR OF RESEARCH TEAM

Giacomo Ciambotti is Assistant Professor of Strategy at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He joined E4Impact in 2016, and since that time he has been involved as visiting lecturer in many African countries, teaching Accounting, Financial Planning and Entrepreneurial Finance in several MBA programs in Impact Entrepreneurship in Africa. He has visited as scholar several times the following universities: Tangaza University College (Kenya), Uganda Martyrs University (Uganda), Catholic University of Zimbabwe (Zimbabwe), UMST (Sudan), University of Rwanda (Rwanda), St. Mary University (Ethiopia), ISM of Dakar (Senegal). His research involves the investigation of social entrepreneurship and management of enterprises in Africa. He is also coordinating the research team in E4Impact and in the Pan Africa Alliance, with the purpose of strengthen the research projects and conduct and publish relevant studies at the intersection of entrepreneurship, management and social impact.
