• Started production in 2013 with a brick and mortar shop, then acquired a food truck in 2014 and started a new kind of sale;
• Focuses on Social Development Goals goal 3 (ensure healthy lives) and 8 (good jobs and economic growth);
• Started production of a healthier whole wheat flour alternatives of conventional pastries, offering also vegetables instead of meat as filling;
• Top finalist in the ENGINE program by Technoserve in 2016, from which she received a grant and technical support.
