Major Achievements
- 1050 people in the rural youth network, 5080 in the Coffee farmer network;
- A part of the skilled youth coffee farmers they have is certified by the Directorate of Industrial Training and can offer training and advisory service to other coffee farmers;
- Implemented sustainability projects with important partners such as Solidaridad, GIZ, USAID;
- Has a network of repeat and loyal clients in the domestic market, but also works with international one such as The Swedish Embassy and the Japanese cooperation agency;
- They manage the primary and tertiary stages of coffee processing by themselves, thus controlling the coffee quality right from the start;
- Has a team of 12 youth employees.
